Native Rice Starch

Rice starch differs from other types of starch by the volume of its granules which is 5/6 μm in diameter. The granules observed under the microscope appear polyhedral, isolated or slightly united which create oval form or roundish groupings. It also has one of the lower allergenicity rates among all cereals. These morphological characteristics make rice starch easy to digest and so it is an ideal for feeding in childhood.
