Honey millefiori is a unique product. It is produced in hilly, mountainous and flat areas where there is a multitude of various types flowers. It is a precious honey, because it combines the properties of many plants and it has unique smell, taste and it takes peculiar characteristics depending on the harvesting area. For example, a mountain honey, where the alpine fluora is predominant, can recall the scents of rhododendron, while in the Mediterranean areas it can recall the scent of cardoon.
